With a holiday in the Dordogne, you will never be short on things to do.  The diversity of activities is rich, and there is something for all the family ranging from strolling around morning markets, visiting castles, swimming in the crystal clear river Céou, truffle hunting and walks in the forest, to name but a few.

That said, certain sites like Lascaux & the caves at Padirac  can be booked on-line prior to your stay – these sites can get very busy at peak times, so a little bit of pre-planning could save you a heap of your valuable holiday time!
