The Chelsea Suite – new for 2021
Ideal for those who enjoy a bit of extra space, the Chelsea Suite measures approximately 280 sq. ft. (or 26m²). There is a bedroom, lounge, bathroom and separate toilet.
Bright and spacious, Chelsea will seduce you with its contemporary decoration and level of comfort.
The bedroom has a 160 cm double bed (5’3″ by 6’6″) bed. For your comfort, a nice duvet with Seersucker cotton linen will give you a satisfying night’s sleep. Two pillows per person (one square & one rectangular) will keep you nice and snug.
Its private bathroom offers a shower and a sink. The toilet is separate, bringing you more comfort.
Shower gel, shampoo and a locally made artisanal soap are provided for your use. You will also find, with our compliments, a bottle of water per person.
Extras for Chelsea Suite….
A south-east exposed lounge where you can enjoy a sofa and an armchair to relax in peace with a good book over-looking the century old grapevine.
During your stay, the Chelsea Suite will be serviced on a daily basis and we provide all the towelling and bed linen. However, we recommend you bring your own pool towels if you fancy a dip in the pool during the warmer months!
If you want a little more space, the Chelsea Suite is ideal for you. Incidentally, despite the name, supporters of all football clubs are welcome to stay!
The Chelsea Suite is upstairs on the First Floor the main house. There is a flight of 14 stairs. The Family Suite is situated on the Ground Floor should you be concerned about a staircase. Please note that there are no cooking facilities or fridge available in our suites.
Depending on availability, the Chelsea Suite can actually accommodate a 90 cm (3′) bed to transform this spacious room into a twin or triple guestroom.
None of our rooms have tea or coffee making facilities. However, we do have a menu of hot drinks & a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available throughout your stay. Please just let us know what you’d like and when!
Breakfast time
Being a Bed & Breakfast, we want to make sure your day starts well. Each morning, you’ll find us ready to serve you tea, coffee & hot chocolate as well as a variety of fruit juices.
Not to mention homemade jams, cheese & ham to accompany your bread basket. Something sweet will change on a daily basis; you’ll find some brioche, freshly made crepes, pastries or a homemade cake during your stay.
And to really make sure you have the energy for that canoe trip down the Dordogne there is a selection of cereals and homemade yoghurt on offer too!
More than 2 people?
This Suite can accommodate a baby’s cot (which we can provide), in the living room. We can also offer our (non-communicating) “Confort“ rooms and our Family Suite if you prefer this option.

Once past the gate, all terraces, pool areas and interiors are strictly non-smoking. However, we have set up a « Smoker’s Corner » with chairs and table in the courtyard.
In front of the house is the swimming pool which measures 8m x 4m, with a depth of 1.20m. Open from May to September it is, however, unheated.
